Valerie brings over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, business partnering, coaching, talent development, total rewards, and operations. Her career has spanned global technology companies, from start-up to enterprise, including Citrix Systems, EMC, Voltera Power, Anitian, Align Technology, Rambus and Texas Instruments. 

She holds a B.A. in Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara, and various professional certifications including Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Prosci Change Management and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  

Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Valerie works with clients across the US and globally.
